Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly with us, no GP referral needed. Choose a time online or call reception.

How much does it cost?

A new patient assessment is £90 for up to 45 minutes, including diagnosis and, often, treatment in the same visit. Routine appointments for returning patients are £72.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit secures your booking. Cancel more than 48 hours before and your deposit is fully refunded or held for a rescheduled visit. Within 48 to 24 hours, 50% is refunded. Within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

Will my problem be treated on the first visit?

Often, yes. Many conditions are assessed and treated in the same appointment. For anything needing ongoing care, you'll leave with a clear plan.
